Our Policies

We would always appreciate no smoking inside the rooms please, ashtrays are provided on the veranda.

You are welcome to relax and make our guest house your home, however please be aware we have other guests, so please show consideration by lowering any noise after 11pm.

Whilst we know accidents happen, any breakages and damages in rooms and furniture must be paid for by guest. We appreciate your honesty, thank you.

Switching off the air-con would save the electricity and the environment when not in the room, thank you.

Full refund prior to 30 days before arrival (less reasonable administrative costs
30 to 15 days prior to arrival refund 75% of full payment
14 to 7 days prior to arrival refund 50%
6 days or less or no show lose total payment

Extra mattresses can be provided at an extra cost of 300peso per mattress per night

Late Check out policy - check out after 12 noon will be accommodated where possible.

A note about us...

After living in Wales, UK, for 15 years and working hard to make his dream come true, Jhun decided to return back to his native island home of Boracay, and set his heart to building his resort for future investment plus to provide income and support for his family.

Whilst still living in Wales with son Ryu, Jhun started his building business at El Dominador and named it so after his full name Dominador Fontamillas Licerio the 3rd! Jhun being short for Junior as he is the youngest generation Dominador in the family.

Now fully operational with often a full house, he plans to spend longer in his true home on traditional family land, live out the dream, watch the business grow and hopefully expand.

Jhun and family, including Sister, Aunty, Nephew and Cousins, take pride in bringing their guests a warm family welcome and to add to your comfort, El dominador has a communal out door kitchen for all guests to feel comfortable to use, complete with BBQ grill, gas hobs, electric grill oven plus refrigerator and can even provide a cooking service! Auntie Mercy's cooking is a must try! Mas Sarap!

You can quite happily relax with your family and friends, unwind in the cubao style bench under the shade of the tree, and make yourself at home, ‘Old Boracay' style.
